Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Once your return request is approved, you will have 7 days to ship the item back to us or your return will not be accepted
Eligibility for Returns

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to help cover shipping, inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
This fee is waived for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet our return condition requirements (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
